With all of the serious brain talk, it’s now time to help you figure out how to keep your brain active and challenged. This is the part where we cue the fun! Challenging your mind is one of the best ways to keep your brain active. 

 

First and foremost, it is important to keep socializing! Socialize with your peers and avoid isolation. Next, challenge yourself with stimulating activities. There are many fun and interactive brain training apps and games available that can make the process of exercising your brain more engaging and enjoyable. These apps often use gamification techniques to make the exercises more fun and rewarding. It’s important to find brain exercises that you find enjoyable so that you are more likely to stick with them and make them a regular part of your routine. So, if you’re looking to improve your cognitive function while having fun, try out different brain exercises and find the ones that you enjoy the most! Here are some brain-challenging activities that can be found on your smartphone, in your community, or at home:

  • Entertain yourself with games like:
