Registered Nurse (RN)
Under the general supervision of the RN Manager, she/he provides intermittent skilled nursing services; communicates the patient’s progress with other disciplines and directs, supervises and instructs non-professional home health aide staff in the provision of personal care to the patient.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)
The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who assists the physician in evaluating level of function, helps develop the plan of treatment (revising as necessary), prepares clinical and progress notes, advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel, and participates in in-service programs.
